Introduction
We are going one step forward! Introducing the latest version of Bookings for Gravity Forms, v2.4.0. This update includes event-based bookings, Mollie payment addon integration, email templates, and more. Continue reading to discover the enhancements in Bookings for Gravity Forms v2.4.0.
What’s New in Bookings for Gravity Forms v.2.4.0
We have brought in some additions to the form features. Now, you can do the following:
- Hide Slot Capacity.
- Event-Based Bookings.
- Option for Admin to book an appointment from the backend.
- Email Templates (Reminder Emails).
- Mollie Payment Addon Integration.
Hide Slot Capacity
As an admin, you can hide the staff’s available slot capacity so users cannot see it from the front end. All you need is to disable the “Slot Capacity” from the General Settings.
Event Based Bookings.
If a staff member is to remain available on his off day or a holiday, he can do so by using the event-based booking feature. All you need is to select the “Staff” tab and then “Special Day” to create an event-based booking.
Option for Admin to book Appointment from backend.
Admin has now got access to book an appointment on behalf of a user. The booking process is the same; the only difference is that appointments can be booked from the backend.
Email Templates (Reminder Emails).
To remind users about their appointments, the latest version of Bookings for Gravity Forms offers the feature of email templates. Now, the user can get a reminder about his upcoming appointment via email. Admin can use an email template to send the reminder email.
Mollie Payment Addon Integration.
After Stripe and PayPal, the new version of Bookings for Gravity Forms is adding another renowned payment gateway, Mollie. You can add this payment platform and give more options to the users.
