Refund Policy

We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, individual experiences may differ. If you face an unsolvable issue or if our product doesn’t meet expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days post-purchase. We might provide a partial refund based on the circumstances.

Our Team will first try to resolve any issues before granting a refund. Sometimes, we might even offer to fix your problem.

Your refund requests must comply with these requirements:

  • You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if your refund is approved.
  • You’ve attempted to resolve your issues with our support team.
  • By receiving a refund, you forfeit all rights to your license and must cease using the product.
  • No refunds will be processed past the initial 14 days after purchase.
  • After installation and testing, if the plugin doesn’t suit your business or setup, you’re eligible for a refund.
  • We retain the right to refuse a refund if we see fit.
  • You can initiate a refund by creating a support ticket.

Why may a refund not be given?

If the product functions as described, there’s no obligation for a refund in these cases:

  • No refunds after 14 days from the purchase date.
  • Free trial periods start before billing; no refunds for payments post-trial.
  • Products bought at promotional prices or during sales.
  • Issues due to third-party software don’t qualify for refunds.
  • The product not meeting your expectations.
  • Changing your mind after buying.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Lack of expertise in using the product.
  • Requests made out of kindness.
  • Unresolvable issues making the product unusable, where we might ask for details to improve it.
  • If your problem is due to improper installation or inability to use basic functions, we’ll consider your refund request.
  • Automatic subscription charges if not canceled via Freemius Dashboard 30 days before renewal.

Non-Refundable fees

When processing payments, we incur fees from card networks (VISA, Mastercard) and payment partners. These fees are not returned to us upon refund, as per network rules.

Card processing and refund fees are non-refundable.

By buying our product, you consent to this refund policy and give up any rights to dispute, judge, or take legal action against it.

Warranty

Our products are sold “as is” without any quality assurance. We aren’t responsible for any defects or damages.

Support Policy

At Gravity Booking, we’re confident in our products as the best solutions. If you encounter problems, open a support ticket. Only active license holders receive dedicated support; free or expired licenses don’t qualify for assistance. You must purchase or renew a license for developer support.

Refund Policy From PayPal

Since May 7, 2019, PayPal does not return fees on refunds issued. Here’s the update:

“Refunds are now free of charge, but the seller’s original fee isn’t refunded.”

This applies to PayPal disputes ending in refunds where fees are not returned.
