Double Tap Slot Removal

Have you ever accidentally selected the wrong time slot when booking an appointment? We’ve all been there! With our new Double Tap Slot Removal feature, those accidental selections are a thing of the past. It’s a user-friendly improvement!

Now, Gravity Booking users can easily de-select a time slot by simply double-tapping it. This intuitive functionality provides a quick and error-free way to adjust selections, leading to a more satisfying booking experience.

Front-End Impact

• Users can now go to Gravity Forms Booking page.
• Fill in the required fields as usual.
• To deselect a chosen slot, double-tap, and it will be removed.

Preview Calendar for Customization 

Visualize Your Booking Calendar Before It Goes Live!

Customizing the look and feel of your booking calendar is essential for maintaining brand consistency and creating an inviting user experience. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the Preview Calendar for Customization feature.

This enhancement allows administrators to visualize the calendar’s appearance on the front end before finalizing any changes. No more guesswork! 

You can experiment with different display settings and instantly see how they will impact the user-facing calendar.

Back-End Settings

• Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Gravity Booking > Settings.
• Go to the Display Settings section.
• A preview calendar will be visible, reflecting any changes made in real time.

Individual Merge Tags for Gravity Booking

Easily customize your notifications with precision!

Communication is key, and with our new Individual Merge Tags for Gravity Booking, you have greater control over the information included in your booking notifications.

This feature allows you to hand-pick the specific details you want to include in your email notifications. Instead of being limited to a general set of information, you can now select only the most relevant fields for each notification.

• Staff
• Location
• Service
• Service Category
• Date
• Time
• Slot
• Cost

Back-End Settings

• Go to Admin Dashboard > Forms > Forms.
• Add or Edit a form.

• After accessing the form, navigate to Settings > Notifications.

• Create a new notification or edit an existing one.
• Add the desired tags.

Front-End Impact

• When a user books an appointment, they will receive an email containing only the information selected via merge tags in the backend.
