How to Get Started

Scan QR Code Now to use gravity booking mobile

Getting connected from the WordPress site to the mobile app takes under 2 minutes.

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and tap “Scan QR Code Now”.
  3. Point your camera at the QR code in your WordPress admin under Gravity Booking > Settings.
  4. The app verifies the connection and takes you straight to the Dashboard.

Remember, the QR code is time-limited. If it expires before you scan, refresh it in WordPress under Gravity Booking > Settings to generate a new one.

Inside the Gravity Booking Mobile App

Here is what you get in our newly launched appointment booking app:

Dashboard

The first thing you see is your total revenue collected, displayed on a large blue card at the top. 

Below that, 5 stat cards break down your bookings by status: total appointments, pending, confirmed, visited, and cancelled.

Scroll down, and you get Quick Access shortcuts to Appointments, Calendar, and Customers. 

Below that, your Upcoming Appointments are listed chronologically with customer name, service, status, and date.

Appointment detail

Tap any appointment card to open the full detail panel. It shows the service, customer name, email, date, time slot, and payment amount.

The action buttons change based on the current status:

  • Pending: Confirm, Mark as Visited, Cancel
  • Confirmed: Mark as Visited, Set as Pending, Cancel
  • Cancelled: Confirm, Set as Pending

Before any status change, a confirmation dialog appears to prevent accidental updates.

Push notifications

Every time an appointment is confirmed or canceled, you get a push notification on your device. It includes the customer name, service, date, and time. The app doesn’t need to be open.

Notifications are grouped under a single Gravity Booking header in your notification tray. Tap any notification to open directly to that appointment.

Calendar

The Calendar screen in the Gravity Booking mobile app shows your daily client booking schedule in a timeline view. 

A horizontal week strip at the top lets you navigate day by day. A “Today” button jumps you back to the current date.

Each appointment on the timeline shows the time slot, a color-coded status dot (red for Canceled, orange for Pending, blue for Confirmed), service name, and customer name. 

Tap any item to open the full Appointment Detail panel.

Customers

The Customers screen lists every customer linked to your bookings. Search by name, email, or phone number. 

Each card shows the customer’s name, email, and phone number where available.

Three contact actions are available per customer, depending on what information is stored:

  • Call — dials the customer’s number directly
  • SMS — opens your messaging app with the number pre-filled
  • Email — opens your email client with the address pre-filled

Settings

The Settings screen has a Dark Mode toggle that switches the entire app between dark and light themes. The preference saves across sessions. 

You’ll also find the app version number, a direct link to the WPExperts.io support portal, feedback and bug report forms, and the Logout button.

Gravity Booking Mobile App: What to Expect in Future Updates

Gravity Booking v1.0.0 is just the foundation. We’re already working on what to ship in the future:
