- Inorder to give admin the access to book an appointment from the backend admin need to Add the Location , Service Categories ,Services and Staffs accordingly.
- To Add Location navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard→ Gravity Booking→Location under the Location tab add desired location.

- To Add Services Categories navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard→ Gravity Booking→Services Categories under the Services Category tab add the desired category.

- To Add Services navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard→ Gravity Booking→Services under the Services tab add the desired Service.

- To Add Staffs navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard→ Gravity Booking→Staffs under the Staffs tab add the desired Staffs.

- After adding the Staffs,Services Categories,Services and Staffs navigate to WordPress admin dashboard→Gravity Bookings → Calendar.

- You are on the Calendar Page and select the Location from the dropdown.

- Select the Service from the dropdown.

- Select the Staff from the dropdown.

- Now the admin can select the appointment from the calendar by clicking the + sign.

- Once clicked a popup will appear where the admin can select the Appointment Time, Appointment Slot and the Customer.

- Select the desired Appointment Time from the dropdown.

- Enter the desired number of Appointment slots.

- New Customers can be added by clicking the + Sign , an already registered user will be available in the dropdown under the Customer dropdown.

- We are selecting an already registered customer from the dropdown.
- Once selected click the Save button.
- After that a popup will appear confirming the appointment with Appointment Number click OK button to continue.

- Admin can view the booked appointment on the calendar page and can verify through its appointment number mentioned on the specific date.

- Meanwhile Admin can also view the appointment on the specific date on the Appointment page.
- To view appointment navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard→ Gravity booking →Appointments

- Admin can view the appointment details booked from the admins backend .
