Individual Merge Tag for Gravity Bookings

  • The individual merge tags feature allows the admins to customize their notifications by selecting only the fields they need. The merge tags include:
    • GB Staff
    • GB Location
    • GB Service
    • GB Service Category
    • GB Date
    • GB Time
    • GB Slot
    • GB Cost

Back-End Settings

  • Go to the Admin Dashboard > Forms > Forms.

  • Add or Edit a form.

  • After accessing the form, navigate to Settings > Notifications.

  • Next, create a new notification or edit an existing one.

  • Add the desired tags. In our case, we are selecting only a few tags for this documentation.

Front-End Impact

  • Go to the website.
  • Navigate to the booking page and schedule an appointment.
Merge tag for gravity booking
  • Once the appointment is booked, an email will be sent to the email address saved in the backend. This email will contain information from the tags selected in the backend.
