Drag & Drop Sort Order for Booking Options

• The Gravity Booking field (the GFB Calendar field, labelled Gravity on the form) renders four booking dropdowns: Location, Service Category, Service, and Staff.
• Each dropdown has a Sort Order (drag to reorder) list. The order set here controls the exact order the options appear in on the front end.
• Navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard → Forms and open your booking form.
• Click the Gravity (GFB Calendar) field to select it.
• Open Field Settings → General.
• Locate the Sort Order (drag to reorder) list. There is one under each of Select Location, Select Service Categories, Select Service, and Select Staff.

• Use the drag handle (≡) to the left of an item, then drag it up or down. A highlighted band shows where the item will land.

• Repeat for Locations, Service Categories, Services, and Staff as needed.
• Click the Save Form button. A Form Updated confirmation appears.

NOTE:  Each list is independent. Reordering Locations does not change the order of Services, Service Categories, or Staff. Set each list separately.

Frontend Impact

• On the live booking form, each dropdown lists its options in the exact order set in the backend.
• In this example the Location order was set to United Arab Emirates → United States of America → United Sates California, and the front-end dropdown matches.

NOTE:  If the new order does not appear, confirm you clicked Save Form, then hard-refresh the page (the dropdown may be cached)
