Conditional Logic for Booking Form Fields

• Conditional logic shows or hides a field on the front end depending on what the Customer selects in another field.
• In this example, the Company Name field is set to appear only when the Customer chooses United Arab Emirates as the Location, so it stays hidden for every other location.
• Navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard → Forms and open your booking form.
• Select the field you want to control (here, Company Name).

• In Field Settings, scroll to Conditional Logic. The badge reads Active once a rule exists.

• Turn on the Enable Conditional Logic toggle to reveal the rule builder.

• Build the rule. It reads as a sentence:
  • Show / Hide  this field if  All / Any  of the following match:  [field]  is / is not / >…  [value]
• Choose Show or Hide — whether matching the condition reveals or removes the field.
• Choose All (every condition must match) or Any (one is enough).
• Pick the driving field. The GFB booking dropdowns appear here as Gravity (Location), Gravity (Service Category), Gravity (Service), and Gravity (Staff).

• Set the operator (is) and the value (United Arab Emirates). Use the + button to add more conditions.

• Close the dialog and click the Save Form button.

NOTE:  For the GFB booking dropdowns, choose the Gravity (…) entries as the driving field — not a same-named text field.

Frontend Impact

• Before — the Location is not United Arab Emirates, so the Company Name field stays hidden (Phone sits directly under Name).

• After — the Customer selects United Arab Emirates, and the Company Name field appears instantly.

NOTE:  A hidden field passes no value. If a field is hidden at submission, its merge tag (see Individual Merge Tag for Gravity Bookings) has nothing to pass, and a required field is not enforced while hidden.
